1. Post hospitalization patients need gradual and seamless transfer from the intensive care in a hospital ward, to their healthy unsupervised normal life at home. During this phase of rehabilitation they may need specialized nursing care, administration of medications, monitoring of clinical parameters and supervision by their doctors.

2. HOMITAL care in this stage is standardized by its post hospitalization protocols. These protocols can be customized by the supervising doctors, who are then regularly updated by reports on required clinical parameters while the patient is being cared for at home after discharge from hospital. HOMITAL’s staffs are qualified and trained to perform all such specialized care. So patients can be discharge earlier than would be possible if such specialized and organized care at home were not available.
